Somebody looked at my Blog?

Well well well, they say to blog about something you know or like,  I guess I am on to something! I have been also watching a ton of Netflix!  I binge watch seasons and do not even feel guilty about it.  These are my escape hours!  i don't have a bad life, on the contrary, I like my life.  I have mowed through shows and goo through a morning process if they have no more seasons and if I have to wait for a new season I am cray cray until then.  Recently found out that one of my shows that was supposedly not going to have a 5th season IS having a 5th season!!!!! I felt like I had won the Olympics! I got on social media and made it my status update...yes I did!  So my day was made.  I feel like I have learned so much from the vet shows, the DIY shows and the real-estate shows that I can implement the skills into my life if needed.  I hated school, I liked the social aspect, but it just wasn't my way of learning.  TV would have made more sense to me then, Bill Nye the science guy 15 yrs later taught me science that  school couldn't.  The shows I can't get into without laughing is the paranormal ones.  My hubby loves those and he actually records them so he doesn't mis them.  All of those are BS.  I do like Long Island Medium, she's a sweetie and the relief and happiness she goes these people is enough for the non believer to say what the heck maybe it is real and if not at least she is helping people heal, I like that.  i think it would ne so fu to have all of you at least share fave shows, shows you hate, what you feel about TV..... I think that TV was great for my kids.  i never really limited them, I didn't need to because I was more interesting to them so they would watch if I said I needed a break from them!  Not very often, but I did need time to cook, clean and use the bathroom, which by the way was never with the door closed, that would be weird right?  My kids  and dogs never allowed for clothes door and I really didn't care.  See this open door thing came in handy when they became teens....mom opens door on son and girlfriend because its fair pay back!!! Open door policy!!! wink wink!  Well I need some pizza so ttyl!

I am an addict

I can never watch too much television.  I love so many programs and I will procrastinate my life by watching television!  I will watch anything an everything. I love to travel and be involved in peoples lives.  I escape. I am a happy person with a great husband, kids and family.  I grew up with no television, my husband new so much about all the iconic programs and grew up watching everything.  I didn't really start watching at the level I do until my later years.  I loved watching the programs my kids did because of the interaction we would have wile watching together.  I now am an empty nester and watch so much more!  I have programs I tape so I can watch them without interruption moorings once my hubby goes to work.  I am not working at the moment, but even when I did I would watch before work while eating breakfast and then when we got home in the evening we would make dinner and share one of our programs we loved together.  I love anything with animals, cops, surgery, ER...the list is long! I like watching HGTV for sure.  House Hunters, House Hunters International, Flip or Flop, Love it or List it, Rehab Addict.....I love any program that is involved with animals and Veterinarian shows. I love to talk about shows with others.  I worked in an industry where I had to basically start the conversation with people as they waited for their appointment and asking what shows they watched was always a big help in starting the conversation. i am not one to talk about the weather, boring!  People love to share there thoughts about things, especially if its a show that they love and you do also.  Instead of book club I want to have a movie club.  gather and talk about movies, ones we've seen and assign some for discussion at the next gathering.  My kids love movies and we share discussion, laughs, tears and thoughts after shows.  Part of me know this is not really that healthy.  I don't really see how it is harming me.  I am a loving, supportive, open person.  I see TV as my ticket to parts of the world I might never see in person.  I love people and their differences, I enjoy peeking into their lives even if it is the TV life.  i like reality shows, I think some a stupid but they make me laugh.  I still hike, ride bike, travel, see my kids and family, spend time with the hubby and dog...I am totally normal, wink wink! Oh I love food shows, competitions and the talent shows.  I wish I could get paid for all this enjoyment!  What perfect job for me!
